Returns & Exchanges
As a small independent brand - our products are made-to-order, which are considered final sale. Once the order is placed, we are not able to process returns or exchanges. Please make sure to choose options carefully before proceeding with purchases. Please contact us with any questions you may have before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Kharys products are carefully handcrafted, minor scratches and differences in design and gemstones (color, crack, pattern etc.) are not considered as flaws and will not be eligible for exchange, or refund.
*Discoloration due to usage is not considered as a flaw.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us.
All returns must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
- Have receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Once the order is prepared, we do NOT accept cancellations under any circumstances.
